Family Snaps - The Bosches

Ronel and Evert lives in Hopetown and they are both teachers.  Evert is also the freelance photographer for their town and as with me, he never manages to get on a photo, so they asked me to take some snaps of their family.  The little boy Pierre or as he refers to himself

Kiddies Snaps - Henco Van Der Walt

Little Henco is also one of my Hopetown sessions.  We took the snaps at Irene's house (her post will follow soon) because Henco lives on a farm outside of town. His mom Antoinette is expecting and we had fun catching this little energetic boy.

Family Snaps - The Oliviers

The Olivier family is another of the families I snapped in Hopetown last week.  Liezl and I clicked immediately over lunch and then I took these snaps of their family of three. Lara their little girl is as cute as a pie and we had loads of fun.

Baby Snaps - Joane Besselaar

I met Joane's parents one morning in the Wimpy, I gave them my newborn pamphlet as Danielle was expecting and told them to contact me once the baby was born.  The week when we were supposed to meet up for the shoot her husband Hannes had a terrible accident, he fell of a windpomp and were hospitalized for weeks.  When she heard I was coming to Hopetown for shoots she contacted me and so we had a lovely morning on their beautiful farm and I got these great shots of little Joane.

Family Snaps - The Bruwers

Almyne and Hannes are my friends who I stayed with when I did my shoots in Hopetown.  They have this adorable son called Lodewyk and we had loads of fun taking snaps of them one early morning in the wheat fields next to their house. Thanks Almyne for everything you did.

Kiddies Snaps - The Steyns

Last week a friend invited me to the neighboring town called Hopetown.  I took a lot of snaps of different family's and the first shoot I did was of six beautiful kids who lives on the farm next to my friend.  Cornelle, their mom takes her kids for regular photo sessions and she asked me to do something different, so this is the snaps.

Family Snaps - The Kootzens

Trude-Mari and I grew up together and when she asked me to take some family snaps of her beautiful family I was delighted.  They live in a fabulous farmhouse next to the river with an amazing garden and it was the perfect location for our shoots.  Her two daughters are so pretty and I just could not stop snapping.
